Livingston Dental Healthcare provides dental care from the time your child’s first baby tooth appears. We strongly believe in preventative dentistry and encourage our patients to bring their children to the practice from an early age.
If your child attends for regular dental check-ups, we are more likely to spot and eliminate dental problems before they cause pain, from untreated dental decay.

By taking your child to the dentist from a young age, you will help them care for their teeth and develop good dental habits where they have a positive experience at the dentist and instils a life-long habit that stays with them as they grow up.
As well as looking out for dental decay, we check your child’s teeth for gum disease and monitor their bite and jaw development.
PREVENTATIVE DENTISTRY
We offer a wide range of preventative services for children, including fluoride varnish and fissure sealants. Fluoride varnish is a safe and effective way to safeguard your child’s teeth and make them stronger so they are less likely to develop cavities/to slow and prevent cavities. Fissure sealants can also help prevent decay in their adult teeth.
